How to Be Prepared for Internationals

How to Be Prepared for Internationals
Hi Everyone,

Today I am going to talk about what people need to do in order to get ready for Internationals. There are several things that are needed to be done. I will list them off.

1. Practice

I have mentioned this before and this is vital. Always practice, and be confident in what you are playing. If you are not, then you may fail, and not do well at all.

2. Make sure that you have everything.

Make sure that you have the gear that you need, such as mats or a hat, as these are important to have. Nobody wants to miss an event with these things because they make for a good memory. Don't forget the sleeves, which I will mention in point 4.

3. Practice

Keep on practicing. It is important that this is done so that you know what your are doing.

4. Sleeves

You need to make sure that you have a set of spare sleeves in case of a problem, or some get damaged. Go to the local Card Game store (Mine is Snapkeep Games in McHenry Il for example) and buy some, or make sure that you have them. Without them, you could have a serious problem.

5. The right cards in your Decklist

This is very important! Make sure that the Pokemon has the RIGHT NUMBER next to its name! One Mistake can cost you games, matches, and basic energy. Vespiquen does not need basic fire in its deck, or basic fairy. Klefki isn't attacking at all.

6. Be Confident in your deck.

I mentioned this before but this is important. Don't change cards at the last minute unless it is super necessary. It almost never works out the way you want it to, and it can also cause you to lose, especially if you did not practice beforehand.

Overall, it is important that you use these tips to have fun at Internationals in Indianapolis, Indiana. Good Luck, and if anybody has a comment, put one below. Thank You!
